Application Instructions

  1. Download the appropriate application form for your program level.
  2. Print and fill out the form completely using black or blue ink.
  3. Attach all required supporting documents.
  4. Pay the application fee at any approved bank or mobile money.
  5. Submit the completed form with payment receipt to the Admissions Office.
